Return & Refund Policy – The Goddard Print Shop

At Goddard Print Shop, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom-printed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
If your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- The item cannot be replaced due to being discontinued or out of stock
- The order was canceled before production began
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely started and changes cannot be made.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
